Level Two was established in 2018 as a joint effort between local business leaders and the Town of Plainfield, with the goal of fostering entrepreneurship and cultivating growth in Hendricks County business by providing space, networking and educational opportunities.

Today the non-profit continues to achieve sustainability by increasing membership, engaging stakeholders, and providing professional programming to local professionals and area youth through regular monthly networking events, community workshops, the Hendricks County Elementary Lemonade Day Program, Hendricks County High School Student Pitch Competition, MBX Business Accelerator, and the Hendricks County Small Business Booster Academy.
