Before the Workshop takes place, I agree to:*
- Fill out the Event Agreement
- Agree not to provide food
- Add Level Two Inc to my Insurance Policy
- Pay the $100 Workshop Rental Fee
- Limit the Workshop to the North part of the space
Please be advised, all Workshop requests are subject to Level Two Inc approval. Also, while we only need the signed Event Agreement to schedule your event, we reserve the right to cancel the event if we do not receive the required items 48 hours before the event takes place.
